Hey there! I’m Kelly O’Connell, a graphic designer born and raised in Brooklyn.
I love watching a brand come to life. I have spent most of my career working in-house at companies such as Baked by Melissa, IrishCentral, and JNF. This has allowed to work on all the tiny details that make a brand identifiable. I thrive in an environment where I am allowed to wear many different hats from creating digital assets like newsletters or social media graphics, to illustrating packaging for retail or designing print needs for events and mailers. In my spare time, I also take on freelance work which has allowed me to work on some really fulfilling short-term projects, like logo development, merchandising, and menu design. I have a particular passion for working in the hospitality space, there is something so fun about seeing your work being enjoyed in real life.
When I’m not working for clients, I like to spend my time hand-lettering Bravo quotes (I am a Bravoholic), maps of my favorite places, and random illustrations.
